I've been using In Home Pest for a little over a year now and they've done a great job of solving any and all problems that come to light ! Our spray guy is always ultra nice (they have even offered to carry the garbage bag out in the past), This team is very knowledgeable and helpful and they answer all the questions I have concerning any icky pest we get in our home.

In Home Pest Management (IHP) is an effective and environmentally sensitive approach to pest management that relies on a combination of common-sense practices and technology. IHP programs use current, comprehensive information on the life cycles of pests and their interaction with the environment. This information, in combination with available pest control methods, is used to manage pest damage by the most economical means and with the least possible hazard to people, property, and the environment.
The IHP approach can be applied to both agricultural and non-agricultural settings, such as the home, garden, and workplace. IHP takes advantage of all appropriate pest management options including, but not limited to, the judicious use of pesticides. In contrast, organic food production applies many of the same concepts as IHP but limits the use of pesticides to those that are produced from natural sources, as opposed to synthetic chemicals.
IHP is not a single pest control method but rather a series of pest management evaluations, decisions, and controls. In practicing IHP, growers who are aware of the potential for pest infestation follow a four-tiered approach.

Mike.is.the.real.deal. All the reviews are true, In Home Pest Management is awesome. Our first call was to Lindsay and she was super friendly and helped provide us a ton of pet advice. Next Mike came to our house and solved our flea problem (came with our new shelter cat). We tried treating the problems for weeks but finally resorted to bringing in a professional. We received a couple quotes, but Mike was simply the most genuine and confident. His warranty is solid and he wants to make sure you are satisfied 100%. It's been a week and I think he may have solved our problem with one shot!!! - Jason, R
An animal died in our house. The smell came from a third floor storage closet but was blowing out of a first floor vent as well. We called our HVAC company, who referred us to their pest control company on a Saturday morning. They could not come out until Monday, at which point the smell was terrible and engulfed the entire house. The other pest guy told us he could not locate it, and that a squirrel probably died in the walls, and that it was most assuredly not in the HVAC system. He said there was nothing he could do, and advised us just to manage the odor. The next night, we found maggots in our laundry room, and 12 hours later, there were maggots on three floors of our home. It was a nightmare, and between the smell and the maggots, I was a wreck. I called In Home Pest Management, and Mike made time to come by that afternoon to check out the situation. He was upfront about the cost and about the need to cut holes in the drywall to find it. Upon inspecting the closet where we had noted some maggots, he unscrewed a light fixture there and saw fur. He came back later, cut one hole near the vent, and extracted a 15 pound raccoon! It had damaged the vent, which drew the bugs down to the HVAC system in our laundry room. Thank goodness we called Mike. That raccoon was not going away on its own, nor were the bugs. He did an excellent job, cleaned the area, and our bug problem also came to an end. I only wish we called In Home Pest first. - Christine, K
